Sam and I had a weekly tradition on Fridays for years - The Pizza Call. I would call him on my way to pick up pizza to talk for a few minutes and catch up, that was it. No big deal. Now the pizza run is silent except for U2 playing. I can't make that drive without thinking of him and missing him.

Keep the memory of a good friend alive and his sport moving forward.
